Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient-centered care per nursing process and organizational protocols.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects as per standards.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities.
• Advocates for patient rights and educates patients and families.
• Maintains infection control protocols and safe environment.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record.
