Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and triage in the emergency department.
• Assist physicians during exams, procedures and testing.
• Perform IV initiation/infusion/therapy, blood draws, monitoring and medication administration as ordered.
• Recognize and treat life-threatening conditions.
• Record patient data concisely and accurately in the medical record.
• Review discharge instructions and record vitals prior to discharge.
