The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a PRN assignment in Manchester, NH. This role supports a fast-paced emergency care environment with day and night shifts and a focus on patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Current Tennessee RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• One year of hospital experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting EKGs, laboratory results, and related diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care addressing psychosocial, physical, and overall patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Deliver high-quality care with professionalism, initiative, and accountability under the supervision of the ER physician.
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions.
• Perform general nursing duties across departments within the scope of the RN license.
• Accurately interpret EKGs, lab results, and other diagnostic information to support patient care.
