Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required (RN).
• Experience in critical care and acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data gathering.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with patient safety in mind.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses; adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient care activities in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and policies; participate in QA initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to support high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment with infection control practices.
• Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established protocols.
