• Assess/diagnose patients and document health status (30%).
• Identify outcomes and plan interventions for patient needs (30%).
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and revise care plan as needed (20%).
• Participate in process improvement to improve clinical quality, safety, and satisfaction (10%).
• Support operations within the department (10%).
