Job summary

• Provide nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes within a multidisciplinary team
• Lead process improvements to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency
• Coordinate with RNs, LPNs, and UAPs as part of the care team
• Operate within a High Reliability Organization framework to maintain safety and quality
