Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room at St. Peter's Hospital on a full-time night shift (12-hour). You will deliver care, assess patient needs, and coordinate nursing interventions in a dynamic regional ER.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• ER experience preferred; ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene and evaluate patient care.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of patients in the Emergency Room.
• Plan nursing care including spiritual, emotional and physiological needs.
• Lead and coordinate plan of care with supervision and leadership of staff.
• Tailor care to patient age and development within unit scope.
• Serve in charge role when applicable, handling clinical and leadership functions.
