Trinity Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse – Emergency Room at St. Peter's Health Partners in New York's Capital Region.

This full-time night shift role focuses on delivering high-quality ER care in a Magnet Hospital environment, with strong orientation and career development opportunities. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and delivering nursing care, and collaborating with the team under the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York.
• Ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene and evaluate patient care.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written.
• 1 year of Emergency Room experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess the needs of each patient where assigned.
• Plan nursing care: spiritual, emotional, and physiological needs.
• Ensure the plan of care is carried out and evaluated.
• Be accountable to the Nurse Manager for care quality.
• Deliver care tailored to age, growth and development of patients.
• Serve in charge role with clinical and leadership functions as needed.
