Job summary

ARMStaffing seeks a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for night shift in Forrest City, Arkansas. This is a 13-week contract position working 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 48-hour block schedule and no on-call requirement.

The RN will deliver care using the Nursing Process, demonstrate leadership, maintain clinical competencies, and supervise staff as needed. Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing license and RN qualifications.
• Experience with ED nursing beneficial.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to provide ED care.
• Demonstrate leadership and critical thinking in patient care planning.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities according to staff capabilities.
• Provide supervision and direction to assigned personnel.
