Atlas MedStaff LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a travel assignment in Little Rock, AR. You will work 12-hour night shifts (6:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) on a 35-bed ED caring for adults with complex emergencies, including stroke and STEMI.

The role requires ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications, plus Level I trauma experience and at least two years in the ED. Expect exposure to advanced emergency equipment and a 1:3–4 patient ratio, with weekend coverage every other weekend.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of Emergency Department experience required.
• Level I trauma experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS and TNCC certifications required.
• Night shift is 12 hours: 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

Aufgaben

• Care for adult ED patients with complex emergencies (stroke, STEMI, CVA, psychiatric conditions).
• Operate in a 35-bed ED with ACE and hallway spaces, plus observation capacity.
• Utilize arterial lines, chest tubes, drains, pacers, ventilators and high-risk infusions.
• Maintain a 1:3–4 nurse-to-patient ratio and provide weekend coverage every other weekend.
