Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (ER) for a 13-week contract in Tennessee. The RN will provide high‑quality emergency department care during 3x12 night shifts, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to manage critical conditions.

Requirements include 1 year ER experience, TN RN license, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/CPI/PALS certifications, and EPIC charting experience. TNCC is preferred; travel and housing support are available through ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ER nursing experience.
• TN RN license required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI, and PALS certifications required.
• EPIC documentation system experience (1 year) preferred.
• Preferred certification: TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ER with diverse emergencies.
• Utilize EPIC for accurate charting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate patient care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff on best practices in emergency care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Float to other units as needed.
