Job summary

GSS HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital, Inc. is seeking a licensed RN to provide compassionate patient care on the night shift. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing services during a 36-hour week environment.

Responsibilities include patient education, promoting independence, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards and state regulations. BSN preferred; BLS required, and licensure in the state of practice is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families and friends.
• Promote and restore patient health by executing the nursing process in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise assigned team members and educate patients and families on condition, medications, and self-care.
