Job summary

Atrium Health Stanly Emergency Department in Albemarle, NC seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time nights (7p–7a). 36 hours per week. Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program, RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and 6 months RN experience. Prior inpatient RN experience preferred.

The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate emergency care, coordinating patient care, and supporting a high-quality patient experience around the clock.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; not for new grads.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
