Job summary

Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, part of MemorialCare Health System, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Emergency Services (12hrs) on the night shift. The role offers a pay range of $51.99 to $81.50 per hour and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for external hires, contingent on employment requirements.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, MD orders execution, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-year acute care experience in Emergency and/or Critical Care nursing preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses health care needs.
• Follows a systematic data collection process involving patient and family when appropriate.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses and plan of care.
• Develops and contributes to a written plan of care.
• Implements the plan of care to attain outcomes.
• Evaluates patient outcomes and document results.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness and cost considerations in nursing practice.
