Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Hartford, Wisconsin. This full-time role supports 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, including a rotating schedule that includes every 4th weekend and every 3rd holiday.

The department features 10 ED rooms and 24/7 physician coverage. As part of the One Advocate Nurse community, you’ll deliver high-quality, compassionate care while collaborating with a dedicated team and advancing

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and licensure as an RN.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications or in progress.
• Experience in emergency/joint Commission standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in the ED using nursing process.
• Collaborate to ensure safe environment and best patient experience across care continuum.
