Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- 1+ 12 lead ekg experience [Required]
- 1+ acute hospital experience [Preferred]
- RN [Required]
- BLS [Required]
- ACLS / PALS / NRP certifications may be required per unit
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and patient needs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as outcomes evolve.
- Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to keep everyone informed.
- Document assessments, plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
