AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for night PRN shifts. You will provide direct patient care, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, evidence-based practice. Expect documentation in Cerner EMR and ongoing patient communication.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, BLS, NIHSS, and a willingness to work night shifts. BSN is preferred and opportunities for professional development are available.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license in Florida is required.
Associate's degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
BLS certification required; NIHSS certification required.
2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor patient status and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Document care in Cerner EMR and communicate with patients and families.
