Registered Nurses in the ED work with physicians and specialists to provide lifesaving care and support to patients and families. Join a collaborative team focused on excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research.

Qualifications

• Nursing: BSN or enrolled in BSN program.
• DC RN license or eligibility required.
• 1+ year ED/critical care experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certification required.
• TNCC certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Perform assessments and develop/treat plans across conditions.
• Administer meds, perform procedures, monitor patient response.

Skills

Emergency nursing experience

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification

Excellent communication

Ability to work under pressure

Education

BSN or in-progress BSN
