Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking an Emergency Services RN for the 0.75 FTE position at St Marys Medical Center. The RN will organize and provide nursing care from assessment through evaluation, delegating tasks and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications include BSN/ADN, current licensure, BCLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC within stated timelines, and 1 year of critical care or ED experience in the last 5 years.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC within specified timelines.
• One year of Critical Care or ED experience within the last 5 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred ED Charge and Triage RN experience; demonstrated clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care based on licensure and scope.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
