Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking an Emergency Services Nurse to organize and provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in high‑acuity settings. You will coordinate assessments, planning, interventions and evaluation, and delegate tasks to team members according to licensure.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within 1 month.
• ACLS certification within 1 year.
• PALS certification within 1 year.
• ENPC certification within 2 years.
• TNCC certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions.
• Respond to emergency calls and assist ambulance team in safe patient transport to medical facilities.
