Job summary

Foundation Health Partners in Fairbanks, Alaska, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift role offers a chance to advance ED skills in a trauma-focused facility with a generous incentive package.

You will work in a 36-hour weekly, 12-hour shift schedule, with competitive hourly pay and a suite of benefits and housing/relocation support.

Qualifications

• ED nursing experience required or preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required based on area of practice.
• Alaska RN license is required or must be obtained for employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and implement plan of care including discharge planning and goals.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with health care team.
• Document assessment, planning, and evaluation in patient records.
