Qualifications

• Must possess a valid current or temporary Alaska RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS/PALS or additional certifications may be required depending on practice area.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational domains.
• Develop and update the plan of care with discharge planning.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Coordinate with the health care team to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Document care, assessments, and patient responses accurately.
