Job summary

Openwork Health is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to deliver high‑quality care in a fast‑paced ED environment in Lewiston, ME. You will assess, triage, treat, and collaborate with physicians to stabilize patients with urgent health concerns.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rapid patient assessments and triage according to ED protocols.
• Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient status and vital signs, respond to changes promptly.
• Provide wound care, cardiac monitoring, and trauma support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and aftercare.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
