Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced ER RN for a 13-week contract in Minnesota. You will provide advanced emergency care in a high-acuity setting, delivering direct patient interventions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include an active Minnesota RN license, 2 years ER experience, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Shifts are 3 x 12-hour blocks weekly with flexibility to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years ER nurse experience.
• Current BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Adaptability and quick decision-making skills in fast-paced settings.
• Commitment to excellent patient assessment, intervention, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs rapidly upon arrival to the emergency department.
• Provide high-quality, direct patient care to individuals with acute and urgent medical conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly.
• Respond to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions, drawing on advanced clinical knowledge and critical thinking.
