Description:We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room nursing.This position involves caring for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.The RN will work with a diverse patient population and provide general medical care, skilled nursing care, and emergency services.Our facility has a 25-bed capacity with an average census of around 6 patients.The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3 to 4.This role requires strong RN skills, focusing on patient assessment, intervention, and collaboration with the healthcare team.Clinicians will utilize electronic medical records for charting, medication administration, and patient monitoring.Training will include orientation on our electronic medical record system, with on-site support available.Nurses will collaborate with nursing assistants, especially during peak hours.The RN will not be scheduled to work alone and will be part of a supportive team.Weekends and some holidays are required, with requests for coverage every third weekend.There are no on-call requirements for this position.All nurses are expected to float between departments as needed, including outpatient services.This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking for a versatile and dynamic work environment.
