Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic's Saint Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time role (36 hours/week) includes rotating shifts: 7:00 am–7:30 pm with every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Delaware.
• ER/Acute Care experience required; BLS/ACLS certified; PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to nursing practice standards and conducts assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Assist emergent patients and document on ER nursing tools.
• Identify patient needs from objective data and document appropriately.
• Implement nursing actions for patients needing care and show sound clinical judgment.
• Discuss care plans with patient and family and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient care.
