UF Health Jacksonville is seeking an ED Flex Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department and/or Urgent Care settings. You will perform standard staff nursing duties and step in as charge nurse when assigned, ensuring accountability for patient care and supervision of diverse care teams.

The role requires ADN with BSN within 3 years of hire (BSN preferred), Florida RN licensure or eligible eNLC, and current BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure in Florida or valid eNLC licensure.
• If eNLC license, obtain FL RN licensure within 90 days of residency.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to ED/UT/ICU patients using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned and supervise staff as needed.
• Ensure age/developmentally appropriate care for all patients.
