Incredible Health in Pomona, CA is hiring an Emergency Department (RN) to join Hospitals on Incredible Health. Shifts include day and night; full time, part time, and per diem options in a fast-paced ER.

The ideal candidate holds ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license and 1+ year ER experience; ACLS/PALS are preferred and strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
