Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week contract in Pomona, California. The role requires triage, ARNP collaboration, and rapid patient assessment in a fast-paced ER setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state and ACS, BLS, PALS, MAB, and NIHSS certifications, with 2+ years of emergency care experience and trauma unit exposure. ARMStaffing supports clinicians with benefits and travel considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency care.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, MAB, NIHSS; Trauma Level II or III experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients to determine the urgency of care needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient status and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning.
