Job summary

Incredible Health in Michigan is seeking a qualified Emergency Department RN for our Grand Blanc hospital partner. The role supports urgent care, trauma and ER protocols across shifts, with day, night, and mid shifts available.

You will assess and treat patients, administer medications, operate medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans. ADN or higher, active RN license, ER experience preferred; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Assess patient needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Participate in emergency codes (e.g., code blue).
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
