Incredible Health in Grand Blanc, MI is hiring an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our urgent care team. Shifts include day, night and mid shift, with full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities.

The ideal candidate has ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1+ year ER experience, ACLS/PALS preferred, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Benefits include healthcare, 401K, PTO, tuition assistance, and union facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.

• Monitor health, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
