Incredible Health in Lodi, CA is recruiting an Emergency Department RN to provide urgent care to trauma and medical patients. Roles include night and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. A strong candidate will have an RN license and ADN or higher nursing degree, plus ER experience.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe conditions.
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
