Job summary

Incredible Health in Byron Center, MI is hiring an Emergency Department RN for night shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. ADN or higher, active RN license, and ER experience preferred are required. ACLS/PALS preferred; strong critical thinking and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• 1+ years ER experience preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients in urgent medical care
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe conditions
• Quickly assess needs and prioritize care
• Monitor health, administer medications, operate and maintain medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans
