Job summary

Palestine Regional Medical Center in Palestine, TX, part of ScionHealth, is seeking a registered nurse to direct and coordinate nursing care across the patient care continuum. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact state required.
• Minimum of one year of hospital clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and outcomes.
• Collect patient health data and document in medical records per hospital standards.
• Develop a plan of care and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
• Ensure continuity of care and timely revisions to care plans as needed.
• Participate in quality-of-care activities and improvement initiatives.
