Job summary

Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Weekend Option Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department at Anderson Hospital. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing care with strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced ED environment.

Requirements include RN licensure, an accredited nursing degree, and BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associates degree or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio.
• BLS Basic Life Support (required) and ACLS/PALS are preferred at hire and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high-intensity ED setting.
• Evaluate and update care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments.
