Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a RN for the Emergency Department in Cass City, MI. The role supports the Hills and Dales ER with professional nursing care for all age groups in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, MI RN license, BLS and ACLS (within 6 months). ENPC preferred, TNCC required, and Cardiac Rhythm Recognition exam within 3 months or CAMMP within 1 year. ER experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current MI RN license.
• Current BLS certificate.
• ACLS required; complete within 6 months of hire.
• ENPC preferred; PALS considered with 6 months to complete.
• TNCC required; complete within 1 year of hire.
• Pass Cardiac Rhythm Recognition exam within 3 months; if unable, complete DIMS or CAMMP within 1 year.
• ER experience preferred.
• Interpersonal skills: supportive, active listener, effective communicator with patients, families, staff.
• Basic clinical evaluation and assessment for all ages.

Responsibilities
