Start date ASAP; ongoing staff position with a $15,000 sign-on incentive for eligible rehires and external hires who meet payment conditions.

Requirements include RN licensure in California, CPR/BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS certifications as required; BSN preferred.

• RN licensure in state of practice (CA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group per established standards and nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
