Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a NC Compact state.
• BLS (CPR) certification required via American Red Cross or AHA.
• Associate's Degree is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 1 year as RN required; 1 year in a clinical specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on patient needs in assigned unit.
• Develop individualized care plans from patient history and results.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for care planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
