Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and promote positive outcomes under general supervision. You will coordinate patient care through the nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care across units.

Required: Associate degree in Nursing and NC or compact-state RN license; 1 year of RN experience; BLS CPR certification. Preference for Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS CPR certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional interventions needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
