Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our High Point team. You will deliver direct patient care, coordinate nursing processes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in nursing, NC RN license or Compact state, and at least 1 year of RN experience, with preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing. BLS/CPR certification required.

Qualifications

Must hold an Associate degree in nursing and be eligible for RN licensure in NC or a Compact state.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred for advanced opportunities.

Responsibilities

Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit to ensure that every patient receives the direct and proper care needed.
Analyzes patient information, including medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition, to develop individualized nursing care plans.
Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments to provide comprehensive and effective patient care.
Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies any additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning.
