Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and promote positive outcomes through skilled nursing practice. You will coordinate care, review patient data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve defined goals.

Expected to hold an Associate degree in nursing with 1 year of RN experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and an RN license (NC or Compact) with CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate degree in nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
• Required: RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
