Qualifications

• RN with BSN degree required or considered on an individual basis.
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin.
• CPR certification or eligibility within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per policies and standards.
• Direct and indirect care of patients and supervise delegated nursing acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
