Job summary

TriStar Summit Medical Center in Nashville, TN, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the ER to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, assess pain, perform procedures, document accurately, and educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up steps. A commitment to safety and excellent patient outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ Years of ER RN Required!
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with medical providers and care team to ensure compliant care.
• Assess patient pain and promote effective pain management with timely reassessments.
• Perform procedures and document care in medical records promptly.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
