You will provide direct patient care, perform medications administration, and collaborate with care teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate critical care.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee license (single-state or compact)
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, HWC within defined timelines
• TN license transfer if relocating to new PSOR
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using nursing process per standard of practice.
• Administers medications and provides treatments.
• Documents patient care accurately.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team.
• Assists with activities of daily living.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines including transfers and discharges.
• Educates patients and families.
• Advocates for patient physical and emotional well-being.
