Job summary

Mercy Health’s St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a busy, high-acuity environment.

You will collaborate with an interprofessional team, assess patient status, determine priorities, revise care plans, administer medications safely, and ensure a therapeutic environment. Candidates should have an accredited Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing, active RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS as

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Active state RN licensure.
• Current BLS/ACLS and PALS (preferred at hire; ACLS/PALS within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting.
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination across departments.
• Administer medications safely and per policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
