Job summary

CareWell Health is seeking a registered nurse to treat health problems using nursing diagnoses and case management. The role involves teaching, counseling, and providing supportive care to patients and families.

Responsibilities include triage, initiating procedures per protocol, crisis intervention when needed, and coordinating care across departments while upholding infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• IV Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patient and/or family to obtain history and assess care needs.
• Assigns a triage priority based on observations and information.
• Initiates diagnostic/therapeutic measures per protocols.
• Calls for crisis intervention when appropriate.
• Liaises with patient, family and health professionals while maintaining confidentiality.
