Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Pueblo West seeks a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. This on-site, full-time role supports patient care at the PPW Emergency Room, with a 72-hour per 2-week schedule and a flexible shift.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required or pending, BLS certification at start date.
• 6 months of RN nursing experience.
• ACLS preferred at time of hire or within 6 months; NIHSS within 6 months; ENPC or PALS within 6 months; TNCC within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Emergency Department up to level 1 trauma.
• Utilize nursing process in care planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
