Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies related to medication safety and order writing.
• Answers patient and family calls, triages patient care needs.
• Coordinates health care services with hospital, physicians, and other institutions.
• Delegates appropriately and leads the care team.
• Provides direct nursing care including chemotherapy, blood components and fluid/electrolyte replacements.
