Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking an ED Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive emergency care. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while managing acuity and rapid changes in the ED environment.

The role requires a valid PA RN license and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, with BSN preferred and CCRN/ECCO encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in state of practice (Pennsylvania).
• BLS ACLS PALS required; CCRN/ECCO preferred or agreement sign.

Responsabilités

• Triage and manage care for ED patients with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to plan care.
• Develop and modify individualized nursing care plans.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning.
