Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaborating with patients/families in care planning.
• Effective communication and documentation within healthcare settings.
• Ability to assess and plan care, discharge planning, and care coordination.
• Knowledge of health information/documentation and safety protocols (BLS/ACLS/PALS).

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, and staff while delivering respectful, coordinated care.
• Incorporate evidence-based practice and clinical expertise to optimize patient outcomes.
